Alone/Together Now on SKY PPV

  “Alone/Together,” the blockbuster comeback film of Kapamilya love team Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, airs on SKY Pay-Per-View starting July 13 to 31. Antoinette Jadaone, the writer and director of the film admitted she had reservations if Liza and Enrique could deliver what she wanted from her characters. But after working with them, she said that the two will go a long way in showbiz. “Alone/Together,” which grossed P370 million worldwide, is the fourth team-up of Liza and Enrique but it is their first film with Black Sheep targeting millennials. Baristas’ Quest in Davao, Baguio and Cebu, now open for registration

The registration is now open for Baristas’ Quest, a campaign of competitions created for baristas and coffee enthusiasts to showcase their skills in coffee that will take place in Davao, Baguio and Cebu this July. Three different competitions are prepared for the month-long campaign. If you can identify a unique coffee in a set of cups, you may join the Flavors + Profiles: Coffee Triangulation—a cup tasting activity that will be held at the Frog Kaffe in Davao City on July 3. For artists who can create designs using milk, Baguio City will be having the Coffee + Art: Latte Art Throwdown at Halfroom Coffee on July 10. NCCC and TraXion launch Ka Partner Program

New City Commercial Center (NCCC), a  leading supermarket chain in Davao City has recently teamed up with TraXion to boost the development of cooperatives in the Mindanao region. TraXion, a local blockchain company headed by its CEO Ann Cuisia is the technology provider for NCCC’s Ka Partner program which will give perks and trainings to cooperatives in managing their businesses. The said program will comprise of KoopKicks, KoopMart and Ka-Coop Card. Ka-Coop Card will provide benefits such as reduced cost of handling cash loans, online-real time credit line management, contribute data to their member’s credit score plus the ease of seamless, cashless shipping. The card is digitally equipped with QR code. With KoopKicks, NCCC supports an aspiring entrepreneur while KoopMart provides supplies and system to the cooperatives.
