Public-listed Cebu Landmasters, Inc and Davao-based partner Yuson Comm Investments lead the laying down of the time capsule in the groundbreaking ceremony of their project MesaTierra Garden Residences last Friday at the project site along Jacinto Extension street, in Davao City.
MesaTierra Garden Residences is the fastest-selling condominium project in Davao with 85% units sold since its launching in March.
