The Address of Amazing: Davao Global Township soon to rise in 2022

I am so stoked about the recent real estate development in my hometown, Davao City. The newest township is soon to rise at the southern part of the city where I reside. YHEST Realty and Development Corporation, a joint venture between regional developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) and the Yuson, Huang and Tan families belonging to the Villa-Abrille clan of Davao, has started ground works on Phase 1 of the P33-billion Davao Global Township (DGT). This landmark 22-hectare project is located in Matina district of Davao City, one of the densest residential areas of the city. Phase 1 of DGT is estimated to cost P10 billion with an extensive 93,000 square meters of gross floor area as envisioned by YHEST with masterplanner RTKL, a global planning and design firm responsible for the revival of some downtown centers in the world. photo credits: Gazelle Motors Philippines In relation to the government’s thrust to improve transportation in urban centers across the country —Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), Gazelle Motors Corporation (the automative business of Eastern Petroleum Corporation) launched the Azenso Program with the transport sector in Davao City. With Azenso Program, transport drivers and operators will be given access to organization development and entrepreneurship capacity building seminars. This will help them manage better transport equipment with larger capacity as well as provide upgraded passenger experience in PUVs. The project is in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) plus government financial institutions Land Bank of the Philippines and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP). On Friday (March 15), the lead stars of Inagaw na Bituin—Kyline Alcantara and Therese Malvar, together with their co-star Manolo Pedrosa—will treat their Dabawenyo fans in an afternoon of fun and kilig during the Kapuso Mall Show at Gaisano Mall Toril in Davao City.
